All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Ensuring that your account information is kept up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SalesFunnels and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SalesFunnels, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
